Barrackpore :After lending invaluable support to 'Udayan', the home for children of leprosy patients in Barrackpore, former Aussie skipper Steve Waugh has now decided to set up a school for the blind in Kolkata as part of the welfare ventures of his 'Steve Waugh Foundation'.
