New Delhi: Police today denied media reports that it planned to question two South African cricketers -- Herschelle Gibbs and Nicky Boje -- in connection with the 2000 match-fixing scandal when they visit India for the forthcoming 'Champions Trophy' tournament later this year.
Thiruvananthapuram:The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) made it clear that it was not in a position to provide guarantees to South African cricketers -- Nicky Boje and Herschelle Gibbs -- that they would not be interrogated over match-fixing allegations if they tour the country later this year.
