New Delhi:In a major relief to Jagmohan Dalmiya, the state of Maharashtra and BCCI today informed the Supreme Court that they were not opposed to the anticipatory bail to the former BCCI Chief, who is facing allegation of misappropriation of funds during 1996 World Cup.
Mumbai:The Bombay High Court yesterday granted anticipatory bail to former Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Jagmohan Dalmiya and three other ex-officials in the case of alleged misappropriation of Board funds to the tune of Rs 21 lakh.
