London: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has appointed Bob Woolmer to the new position of ICC High Performance Manager, responsible for working with member countries Canada, Holland, Kenya and Namibia to assist them prepare for the challenge of competing in the 2003 World Cup in South Africa, according to an official media release.
