Lahore:After dragging its heels for quite a long, the ad-hoc committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has finally decided to adopt its new constitution by the end of this month.

Lahore:Pakistan cricket plunged into a new crisis today with a legal expert challenging Dr Nasim Ashraf's recent appointment as the PCB Chairman in the Supreme Court, claiming that the administrator is not a Pakistani citizen at all.

Karachi:Despite strong rumours of impending changes in the management of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), a top official said on Wednesday that the board's chief patron President General Pervez Musharraf continued to have full confidence in the current set-up headed by Shaharyar Khan.

Islamabad:The Indian cricket team, which has been showered with great deal of affection ever since it arrived in Pakistan, would enjoy the Stately hospitality of President Gen Pervez Musharraf when they attend a get-together over tea with him on Wednesday.

Lahore:President General Pervez Musharraf was among the top dignitaries, including Nusli Wadia, India industrialist and grandson of Mohd Ali Jinnah, who watched the series-deciding One-day cricket match between India and Pakistan at the Gaddafi stadium in Lahore on Wednesday.

Karachi: Pakistan's cricket chief said on Saturday the Australian team would be protected by the highest security possible if it went ahead with its October tour.

Sydney: The Australian Cricket Board (ACB) said on Friday it would like to go ahead with its tour of violence-wracked Pakistan in October but insisted Pakistani authorities had to first prove the players would be safe.

New Delhi: Indian Sports Minister Uma Bharti criticised on Monday the national cricket board's announcement that it would participate in the Asian Test Championship (ATC) in Pakistan later this year.
