ICC adds three new umpires to expand its panel

London: The International Cricket Council (ICC) elevated three new umpires to its elite panel on Friday with Australia duo Darrell Hair and Simon Taufel as well as New Zealand's Billy Bowden all added.

De Silva, Shepherd to officiate India-Windies Tests

Mumbai: Most experienced umpire from England David Shepherd and Ashoka De Silva of Sri Lanka would officiate in the three-Test match series between hosts India and the West Indies to be played at Mumbai (October 9-13), Chennai (October 17-21) and Kolkata (October 30 to November 3).
