UPCA chief threatens to resign

Kanpur:Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association President Jagendra Swarup today threatened to resign from his post on the eve of the fifth One-dayer of India and Pakistan at the Green Park apparently unhappy over the functioning of some members of association.
