I'm at my best, want to scalp Sachin

Centurion Park: After breaking the 100-mile barrier in the World Cup, the fastest bowler now wants the wicket of the "world's best" batsman.

Shoaib Akhtar, who clocked 161.3 KMPH (100.23 MPH) against England last week, wants to put the icing on the cake with the wickets of Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid. "I would like to bowl as quick as possible. Tendulkar is world's best and I am also the fastest," Akhtar said about the Saturday's clash. "I'm going to let go against the Indian batsmen, particularly its key players Tendulkar and Dravid," he said. "But this is not a clash between us alone," Akhtar said adding that an India- Pakistan game was always "surcharged". Akhtar said there is pressure on the Pakistan players to beat India and keep themselves going in the World Cup. "Hopefully the Centurion wicket will help me because it offers bounce and it will suit me." In a further warning to the famed Indian batting line up filled with stars like Saurav Ganguly, Yuvraj Singh and Mohammed Kaif, Akhtar said he was near to his best form against Holland the other night and hopefully he would bowl at his best rhythm on Saturday. "My ambition is to be man-of-the-tournament in this World Cup. Let's see what fate has in store for us." Extras:
