'No stroll in park but we are trying to pull off a win'
Harare: Zimbabwean captain Heath Streak is looking forward to pulling off a win against India on Wednesday and put his side in a strong position to qualify for the next stage of the World Cup. "First and foremost, we are trying to pull off a win. We then will put ourselves in a very strong position to qualify for Super Six," Streak said after a training session on Tuesday. "That certainly is our goal in the next few matches. But the number one priority today is to win tomorrow," he said. The Zimbabwe skipper also cautioned his side hoping for another poor display by the Indians. "You walk out and you cannot expect Indians to play as they have been doing in the last few matches. So we have to make it happen out there. We just cannot expect them to give wickets away." Zimbabwe coach, former Australian opening batsman Geoff Marsh, said his side had taken notice of how Indians had played against Australia at Centurion Park last week. "We watched Indians play against Australia last week. I think the Australians bowled pretty well to them. We are looking at Indian team performance over the last 12 months where they have put up some good performances before the disappointment in New Zealand," Marsh said. Extras:
