Kolkata: Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president Jagmohan Dalmiya on Tuesday said that the team management at the World Cup was empowered to decide matters like composition and batting order, and the BCCI had no plan to interfere in it. Dalmiya's comment followed speculation in a section of the media that it was the Board president who influenced Indian skipper Saurav Ganguly to vacate the opener's slot for Virender Sehwag and come down to number four in the bating order.
