Bullets found in Kotla stadium

Wickets
New Delhi: In a stunning revelation, Delhi police said on Monday that seven live cartridges were recovered from Feroz Shah Kotla stadium in New Delhi, the venue for the third India-Australia ODI, three hours before the game on Saturday.

Bomb Detection Squad (BDS) of the Delhi police found seven cartridges wrapped in a paper and place in the 2nd floor bathroom of the stadium. According to Police, the bullets found were that of a revolver or pistol which has a range of 10-15 feet. They were on a regular inspection in the stadium just couple of hours before the start of the match.

Following this, Delhi police have registered a case under relevant section of the Arms Act, but no arrest have been made so far.
