Kolkata: In a stunning development, a sting operation carried out by a Bengali channel claimed that former Indian captain's
Sourav Ganguly's restaurant in Kolkata was involved in 'high-class prostitution'.
The channel is now telecasting the visuals of what it claims are showing "dance girls negotiating with customer's" of the restaurant’s disco.
The restaurant, which is owned by Ganguly brothers is located at Park street. The name of the hotel is Souravs.
According to the reporters of the 'The channel 10' the hotel staff have been running weekend late-night dance shows at the bar, where an agent has been allegedly setting up the girls with customers in what is being termed as a case of “prostitution”.
Ganguly's family members and close friends refused to comment on the matter when contacted by the reporters.
