New Zealand came from behind to win the second one-dayer at Dhaka by 75 runs to level the series after the home team's shock seven-wicket win in the opening match.
New Zealand remained unchanged from the second match, while Bangladesh brought in left-handed batsman Imrul Kayes for all-rounder Mahmudullah Riyad.
The 21-year-old Kayes is making his one-day debut at Chittagong Divisional Stadium.
