London: Former Worcestershire captain Graeme Hick has agreed a new contract to stay at New Road until the end of summer 2006.
The 36-year-old ex-England batsman has decided to remain with the county he has represented ever since he arrived from Zimbabwe in 1984. Worcestershire chief executive Mark Newton said, "Graeme is an icon of this club, and we are delighted to have secured his long-term future."
