Mumbai: The Indian selectors would meet on November 25 to pick up the team for the 47-day New Zealand tour from December 1 to January 16 next.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) executive secretary, Sharad Diwadkar, told said on Thursday that the convenor of the selection committee meeting and Board secretary S K Nair informed him that the selectors have decided to meet here. The Indians would be playing two Test matches at Basin Reserve, Wellington (from December 12-16) and Westpactrust Park, Hamilton (from Dec 19-23) after arriving at New Zealand on December 2 and playing a three-day side game against Central Districts at McLean Park, Napier from December 6-8. The Indians will also play seven One-day Internationals after the Test series. Extras:
