Nairobi: Torrential rain washed out the third One-day cricket match and prevented Namibia from staging another remarkable run against Kenya on Wednesday. Put into bat, Namibia, which shocked its experienced hosts in the opening match on Saturday, had reached 127 for six in 34.3 overs when the early afternoon showers set in. After a slow start, Jan Burger (46) starred in a third-wicket partnership of 46 runs with Danie Keulder before both batsmen were bowled by Steve Tikolo, who took three wickets. With the four-matcj series tied at one-all, the decisive match will be played on Saturday. The two countries are preparing for the 2003 Cricket World Cup in South Africa.
