Colombo: Sri Lankan captain Sanath Jayasuriya won the toss and elected to bat in the final of the ICC Champions Trophy at the R Premadasa Stadium on Sunday. India made three changes from the side that played in the semi-final, bringing in Dinesh Mongia, Javagal Srinath and Ajit Agarkar in place of V V S Laxman, Ashish Nehra and Anil Kumble. Srinath arrived in Colombo in the early hours on Sunday from England to replace Nehra, who is out with an injury. Sri Lanka brought back fast bowler Dilhara Fernando in place of spinner Upul Chandana.
