Cuttack: England skipper Nasser Hussain lauded his fielders for pulling off a 16-run victory over India in the second One-day International on Tuesday.The tourists scored 250 for seven and then fielded superbly to dismiss India for 234 to square the six-match series, having lost the first match by 22 runs at Kolkata on Saturday."Our ground fielding was really good," said Hussain, whose team effected three crucial run-outs to restrict India. Sachin Tendulkar (45), Dinesh Mongia (49) and Venkat Sai Laxman (3) became run-out victims as they took one risk too many against tight England fielding.The England captain, however, said his team would have to improve its slip catching in the remaining four games. "We dropped a few catches in the slips. We will have to work on our slip catching," he said.Marcus Trescothick dropped two catches in the slips, letting off Tendulkar and Mongia early in the innings. Hussain also praised middle-order batsman Paul Collingwood, adjudged man-of-the-match for his unbeaten 71."Collingwood has responded well and proved his mettle," he said. "A total of 270 would have been ideal. I know 250 was not enough, but if there is pressure on the opposition, it helps."
